The problem

Everything you sell is priced for the woman who's curious, not the one who's ready to start.

About 3,500 people follow you across TikTok and Instagram, and the most any of them can pay you is $150, for an hour of your time. Your site's already set up to measure Meta ads, but at $49 a sale, ads almost never pay for themselves. Everything above the playbook costs you an hour, so the ceiling doesn't move.

Someone who was exactly here

Creators with a guide and an hourly call usually stall right here. The ones who break through add one thing.

A creator with a small audience, a low-ticket guide and 1:1 calls adds a single guided programme, sold on a call after a free live training. The training finds new people through ads every week, so the audience stops being the limit. That's the model I've built for you below.

The maths

The same expertise, at the price of what they're actually buying.

Nobody who books your hour wants an hour. They want their first apartment signed without losing their savings, and one good apartment is worth around €14,000 a year to them. Twelve weeks of you checking their apartments and their lease reads as the obvious move next to that.

The objection you're already forming

"That sounds like a lot more work." It's the hours you already sell, used better.

High ticket done badly is more 1:1s. Done properly it's one 90-minute group call a week (instead of the $150 hours you sell one by one now), apartment reviews in a weekly block, and someone on your side taking the sales calls. Roughly the same hours, for many times the revenue.
